Organization
Gas Transport Services B.V. is a wholly owned subsidiary of N.V. Nederlandse Gasunie, but performs its activities independently as required by law. GTS has its its own management board.
GTS’s personnel are employed by N.V. Nederlandse Gasunie and are on secondment to GTS for an unspecified period. With effect from January 1, 2006 the company had no permanent or temporary employees. The effective workforce of GTS at the end of 2006 represented 195.1 fulltime equivalents.
