The joint network operators submit change proposal regarding quality conversion

On last October 15 the joint network operators sent to the Dutch regulator (Raad van Bestuur van de NMa) a change proposal regarding quality conversion as a consequence of a change request of the regulator. This change proposal is only available in Dutch.
