As from 1 January 2006 the system of regulated access has come into effect. As a result the TSC (Transmission Service Conditions) have undergone many changes. The TSC 2008-1 contains the conditions for the year 2008. The purpose of this document is to complement the Gas Conditions (in Dutch: ´Gasvoorwaarden´), to be established by the Dutch regulator NMa (´Directie Toezicht energie´). As a consequence of new legislation the ´Gasvoorwaarden´ and the TSC have to be read in conjunction with one another to obtain a complete view of the relevant rules.
The NMa has established all parts of the ‘Gasvoorwaarden’. The established version of the ´Gasvoorwaarden´ can be found on the NMa website. The conditions consist of:

It is well possible that the NMa will amend the ´Gasvoorwaarden´. Therefore the text of the TSC 2007-1 is possibly subject to change. At this moment there is no reason to adapt TSC 2008-1 to the established ‘Gasvoorwaarden’.
